Garlic roasted lamb with bacon green beans and potato
Ingredients for 4 persons: 2 kg lamb leg or shoulder, salt, grounded rosemary, 6 dkg garlic, 1 onion, fresh pepper, 80 dkg middle size peeled potatoes, 1-2 fresh rosemary, 50 dkg frozen green bean, 10 dkg striped bacon.
Marinate the meat with rosemary, fresh pepper, 3 dkg mashed garlic, salt and oil for a night. Precook the marinated meat in a big pan, after put in a baking tin, add rosemary, onion, leftover oil from the pan, 2 dl water and sprinkle with oil. Cover with foil and roast at 160-180 c0 for 1 hour. Take off the foil and add the potatoes. Put back to the oven for 1 hour. Turn often the meat and the potatoes during roasting. Melt the bacon in a pan, add sliced garlic, beans, salt, pepper and make ready in 10 minutes. Serve the cut lamb with this beans, potatoes and gravy made by its own liquid. Decorate with fresh rosemary.
