At the arrival we are waiting our dear guests with brandy, oven baked scones and hot wine.
Warm welcome will be followed by pig slaughter (russets, cleaning, cutting). It will be done by trained stickers.
During this program we will serve tea with lemon and hot wine to our guests.
The price includes two meals.
Main course:
Blood with onion, fresh roast with boiled potatoes, bread, pickles.

Pig feast
Second course:
Hajdúsásgi soup of pork
Liver sausage, black pudding, sausage with onion and boiled potatoes, pickles.
Cabbage
Apple, cottage, cherry strudel.

27 euro/person (more than 35 persons)
